RESTORATIVE YOGA 2HR SESSIONS:

Held once every second month.

Restorative floor based 1hr with supportive prop's, 30 min Yoga Nidra, 30min Sound £25 per session  Deeply healing and relaxing. All levels and beginners welcome. St Michael's - Maud Memorial Hall in Camesdale Linchmere Road, Haslemere GU27 3QW
