This evening I held a complimentary class to celebrate the dedication towards the practice of yoga. Dedication comes in many forms, degrees & is individually unique in its essence....I was inspired to host this practice by my little poppet! Many a night my yoga mat is rolled out alongside my children's beds. I often find myself here, either doing self practice time or choreograghing classes. A couple of nights ago, half way through practice, my little poppet came to the conclusion that my students must be practicing very hard and indeed deserved a celebration. I found this to be quite fitting. Yoga is a dedication and requires of oneself, yes! However equally so yoga gives back in that you have all taken the time to acknowledge, show gratitude and openly receive.....all of this is a true celebration in itself. I just wanted to say Thank You to all of you. I shared an wonderful evening with you!
