Well....2017 has passed by. A year filled with an equal amount of blessings as challenges. To do all the things I would like to do I would need a couple of lives, definitely more than just one life. So my motto this year is 'You have one chance, make it count'. I believe it is always a good idea to reflect on the past as it re-defines our lives in so many ways. Re-defining gives us clarity and focus on the future with goals that we would like to fulfill and hopefully a base temperament we would like to carry with us . As you know I am a passionate Yoga Instructor and believe in sharing the practice of yoga and breathing practices with those who feel they may benefit. I often find myself torn between this innate drive to share my passion bringing these benefits and my lack of following through on making people aware of my offerings. I feel this following through should be my duty. Even when you do something you love it takes effort and dedication....So my aim this year is to continue sharing as I do however to make more people aware of what I offer and give them the opportunity to benefit from my passion should they so wish. I hope this message resonates with you in some way. Giving you inspiration and courage to go after and achieve your callings and fulfill your talents even if you are challenged or feel uncomfortable at times and to do so without causing any harm. All of the best for 2018. I look forward to sharing the year ahead.
